Hydraulic Jack
A hydraulic jack refers to a jack that uses a plunger or hydraulic cylinder as its rigid lifting component. It features a compact structure, smooth operation, high lifting capacity, and self-locking capability. Hydraulic jacks offer strong support, with heavy-duty models capable of lifting over 200 tons. General-purpose hydraulic jacks are suitable for various lifting tasks requiring moderate lifting heights. They consist of main components such as an oil chamber, oil pump, reservoir, piston, crank handle, and oil valve. During operation, repeatedly cranking the handle causes the manual oil pump to continuously pressurize oil into the cylinder. As the oil pressure inside the cylinder increases, it forces the piston and the load above it to move upward together. Opening the return valve allows the high-pressure oil in the cylinder to flow back into the reservoir, causing the load and piston to descend together.
